Grapple
Four ropes ore bulk grab is an efficient tool for loading and unloading sands, coal, mineral powder and bulk chemical fertilizer.The mechanical structure for opening & closing is succinct and original. It is easy to use and can work under any circumstances in order. The grab is equipped for the crane which has two hoisting drums and used for grabbing bulk materials. Now the grabs are widely used in ports, electricity, vessel, metallurgy, preservation and transportation, and are exported in batches.Using 3D Virtual Design, by Collision and Interference Checking and taking Dynamic Simulation Test, the products can be showed in the stage of design Intuitively, which can secure the product's quality and outward appearance.
The four-rope grab is coordinated by thelifting and opening and closing mechanisms.Itis mainly used with the bridge typeand the Gantry crane type withtwo lifting mechanisms for loading.unloading,stacking and feeding.
On the bridge crane,there are two groups of motor hoists(.e.electic hoists),each group of hoists leads out two wire ropes,two of whicharefixed in a group at both ends of the grab balance frame for support
the other group of steel wirerope passes through the pulley of the upper crossbeamandthe pulley of the lower crossbeam to form the pulley group,which acts as the openingandclosing bucket part
